It's just very bad timing with the car >:( , I hadn't even recovered from doing my tax return on Tuesday.  Probably time for pasta again tonight - It's been a while since I did tuna pasta bake.

Fish pie and green beans ftf.   Trying to keep food plain and simple at the moment so that next week when we start 'splurging' we enjoy it even more.

Pork loin, broccoli cheese, roast spuds, carrots and gravy!

And I have to keep rushing in and out of the kitchen to the living room to ask Mrs Growster what to do next...

...so a rather pleasant chilled Barley Wine helps a great deal!

I need some freezer space so I'm finishing off the fish fingers which are in an over sized plastic tray. Probably mash, peas and sweetcorn. Parsley or possibly cheese sauce as everything is better with cheese ::) .
