First baby chick

I am pleased to announce the arrival of my first incubated baby chick, i`m over the moon
After the trauma of losing my last chick and the failure of 17 eggs, you`d think i`d won the lottery
H/She is in the incubator fluffy up nicely

If at first you don't suceed and all that.  Well done for not giving up at the first hurdle, hope it is the first of many.  I am down the road from you Redspookycooky at Nunthorpe so it is nice to know there are other hen keepers in this area.  

Pics are definetly on the way, feel of  like i`ve won the lottery 1 chick out of 18 eggs and i`m over the moon!!!
