Hi all.. I've searched but cant find recipes for  Garlic Sauce and Raspberry syrup.. I have a big crop of rasps and garlic and hopefully will have many lbs of spare rasps once the jams and jellies are made.. and I love garlic so want to make some into paste to store - same like we can buy in a tube..

Can anyone help..

Not sure how you would store a paste, but I just peel and pop the cloves into a bag in the freezer and use as I need them.  However I do have a seperate small freezer just for veg so this does not taint other products.

I was thinking of just bottling the paste or fast freezing or ice cubing it... I assume I should add something to garlic and then liquidize... or something like that??
