I have been chosen. 2 dear little Lhasa Apso  girlies have decided I am to be their new mummy. It is no good fighting it, they have made up their minds   

Have trawled the web to find piccies that look like them, and have included a pic of what a full grown one looks like.

Years ago we had a Tibetan terrier which looks very similar but with longer legs, she was a darling

Deffo, I like those too, and maltese....and bichons, yorkies and shitzus, and snautzers, and labs, oooh and spaniels and.......I guess I like doggies

Yes, enjoy the daily brushing TeaPots.  Imagine when their covered in mud... oooh it dosn't bear thinking about!!  Im good with just a little dachsund myself

I do have a Lhasa big old boy, and my little girlie Lhasa died a year ago. Have had the 2  hairies for more than 10 years, and long haired yorkies before that. I love brushing them, and then every spring I clip them short, and keep it short for them until Autumn.  The advantage being...THEY DONT MOULT. No dog hair everywhere.

Lovely, lucky you. We have 2 papillons which I had never heard of till I met OH. Love all those breeds now and step daughter has just got a Bichon. Enjoy

They are at home with me AT LAST.
They are having a power nap on the kitchen floor, feeling a bit relieved that the nasty car journey is all over. They  are both well covered in puke, and were rigid and trembling when they got out of the car (only half-hour!) but within 10 minutes they were off exploring. They have had a tiddle on the newspaper and are now flaked out.

My old Lhasa boy has totally ignored them, turned his nose up, and come to lay under the coffee table. I dont know if he is stressed and in denial, or really laid back.

Well, as I didnt get to bed until 6 ish this morning, and was up and about 8.30,  I might just have a power nap myself   :happy:

OMG   We have been taken over by Aliens puppies......2 very vocal, hairy bundles with teeth.
