Title: hardy geraniums from seed
Post by: sion01 on April 22, 2011, 10:58
I fancied growing hardy geraniums but the seeds were £3.60 for 5 seeds which I thought was expensive if they don't germinate.Does anybody know how hard they are to germinate and how big the seeds are so I can plan wether to plant individualy or in a tray(I wish the seed companys could come up with a system of telling you how big the seeds are so you had an idea before opening the pack e.g 2000 to the ounce o'r 50 to the ounce .simple)Thank you

Some germinate easily..........I can tell by the way they have spread to the other side of the garden   ::)

The seeds are big enough for you to sow individually, but are not big like bean seeds.
