Rather looks as if everyone is sleeping in during these increasingly cold, dark mornings. Can't say I blame them.

Me: Late nights continue out of habit and late mornings follow most days.
Roll on the warmer brighter days once winter has passed.

Hoping everyone is well and enjoying those seed catalogues ;)

I've made my excuses already on that one   Change of job from 1 full-time to 2 part-time and I now start and finish later a few days a week.  It's a nice change from being up and out at the crack of dawn :D

Early mornings due to start again here soon..... Mrs Plots is escaping for a few days  to visit her dad but not taking the cat with her :( (or me)

So... I am bound to be up early to preserve the carpets. Precious Fluffy-cat will gently pat me on the nose when she decides I need to feed her/let her out/let her in/feed her again and if that doesn't work pdq she will try ripping chunks out of the carpet or furniture in the bedroom - That works!!

Lovely cat really just a bit demanding at times (early ones!!)

I would far sooner stay in bed as our central heating presently doesn't... heat that is. Must get that fixed for Fluffy!

Best of luck with those early mornings!
For me it's too cold to be doing much too early. I'd sooner lengthen the day of an evening but the cat doesn't agree.  ::)

Nothing nicer than waking up and realising that you don't need to get up on a freezing cold, dark morning. It's good to wake up early just so you can go back to sleep for a good while longer ;)

Enjoy that retirement... I'm just beginning to work out what I am going to do with mine...
