First day of having chickens and we got our first egg, it's from the columbine because it's pastel colour

its lovely to get your first a few of mine started laying recently. one of them has layed twice now in the afternoon oustde in the mud for some reason

I love blue eggs and must buy some more araucanas as my girls are getting a little bit elderly now

thanks for the comments, thats 4 eggs in 5 days from the columbine now, she's the only one giving me eggs at the moment so i don't mind her getting most of the food at the moment (she's top of the pecking order)
