Bright and sunny - warm in the sun and cool out of it, generally a fresher feel (Id like it to stay like this please) Last night was shockingly cold though - I considered getting a blanket to put on the bed

I got up and put  a bedspread on over the summer-weight duvet when I woke up cold at about 2am

Bright and clear, I see England has decided to float back and join us, first time for nearly a week.     Not very warm though.  I too  got up in the night and threw my dressing gown on top of the duvet as I was cold last night.

After five consecutive days with hardly any sun and a lot of rain, NW England has taken its climate back and we finally have a sunny day here in W Sussex.

Fresh start followed by a bright, sunny and increasingly warm day. Sadly I'd been accosted by a friend to replace a fence post at an elderly neighbours house and sweated buckets busting up concrete, digging and placing the new post.

Looks like a soggy, foggy day today. We own as far as the eye can see! A little warmer than predicted at 15ºC which is a little consolation.

Barely any rain in well over a month with parched lawns and sickly-looking shrubs. Our field, since the last  pony passed away last year, has chest-high grass and  is a tinder-trap. Hopefully about to change with a brisk NW wind, increasing cloud and temperature falling to 15C at moment with forecast 13C maximum tomorrow

This afternoon has had more blue, than this morning 

Now at nearly 7pm there are rumbles of thunder, in the distance, and it has started spitting

Misty rain this morning, followed by muggy warm weather. Just started to cloud over and I heard a peal of thunder.

Cloudy  all day and quite breezy.    The forecast for later sounds  soggy.

Well it brightened up here in the afternoon but we're back to misty grey and damp. Quite cool at around 12ºC as well. We've had about 10 mm of rain overnight which the plants will appreciate.

Miserable grey 16c later ?  I think it has been raining most of the night and still is blowing about.
