I have an old water boiler thing (like a large tea urn) and I have made shelves out of chicken wire and garden canes. It's a bit Heath Robinson but it works, only problem is that the lid doesn't fit properly and even with an extra foil lid the house fills with steam.

Once I have made up the bulk orders the individual ones I cook in a slowcooker (or 2) and in a large stockpot with shelves made of old dinner plates.
