Title: Weed Free Brassica Cage Setup

For years now I’ve grown the bulk of my leafy brassicas under nets. Now I’ve made it virtually weed free as well as pest free.

Great article, John.  What a good idea to use the weed burner to make the holes !

It really does work, and makes life so easy, doesn't it :)

It's how I have grown mine, for years, but with a much smaller hoop construction - considering that I'm only feeding myself, nowadays.

I picked up the weed burner idea from Curtis Stone before he went down the conspiracy rabbit hole instead of growing  :ohmy:

Any surplus and things like cauli leaves are converted into eggs by the ladies. They're not keen on savoys for some reason but the sheep have learned to do the appealing looks thing too!
