Looks about ready to me.  The longer you leave the centre 'sprig' on the tougher it will get and stop the surrounding sprigs from becoming larger.   Get it in the pan NOW !   Cheers,   :tongue2: Tony.
I may be growing OLD, but I refuse to grow UP !

That looks gorgeous, much better than ours.  All we've got is slightly purple looking leaves at the top.

That does look lovely. Mine is only just thinking about maybe doing something.

I'd have scoffed it already. :D

Snap off the individual stalks. You may have to cut the main stalk near the top.

More florets will come further down and even more will come where you pick them. They will gradually get smaller until you loose patience picking them.

If you do not keep them picked they will go to flower. Any stems that get ahead and look like flowering need to be picked and composted.

Looks lovely chili but do get picking quickly or soon the purple will begin to go yellow.

Keep picking as often as the plant will allow and enjoy.

Much better than mine this year! Mine went in late  :( so still hoping.

Well done you!!  ;)
