It would take a pretty nasty committee/individual to turn round and haul a new tennant over the coals for not tending to their plot despite the fact that you can see progress being made. As was quite rightly pointed out earlier they are not monsters and are in fact human.

I suppose it depends on the committee Aidy, problems occur when you have a situation where you are one of the committee and the problem tennant is a close friend of yours, favouratism is shown and they get away with blue murder. A situation that cropped up earlier in the year on our site that raised a few eyebrows shall we say. At least if you have inspections and everyone is aware of the criteria for inspecting then everyone knows what is expected of them.

As for your situation Coach that's more than often the case. Some think they are above the rules, he should have been told that the rules apply to him too.
