Hi hercule and welcome. Helping a friend with his chickens is a good way to learn.
I have also found this forum friendly and informative.
Hope you have lots of fun caring for your friend's chickens.

welcome, whatever you need to know don't hesitate to ask - somebody on here will know the answer hopefully.
One thing I will say is we need to see photos of them

Hi Hercule, enjoy the chickens, we've had ours over a month now and they are spoilt rotten.

My main tip would be not to leave your mug of tea on the floor while watching them as one of them is going to take a slurp when your not looking, and I don't fancy drinking from the same cup as one of my girls

Elsie.Mary and Doris are my aunties names, just add Doreen to the flock and thats my mum included!

Three of my chickens are named after my great-aunts: Sylvia, Phoebe and Elsie. I think it should be mandatory to name your first hens after your aunts!
