time for tea!

So what do you brew up with?
I have a very old parrafin stove and kettle that has done me proud over the years. The writing engraved on it is italian, I think and I'm guessing it's a relic from WW1. Had to fashion some new washers for it and a new leather cup for the plunger and it's great! Always the first thing I do when I get to the plot - stick the kettle on....

I too have to brew up on my plot. Not doing so would be unthinkable  :tongue2:

I have a butane stove which my niece kindly bought me along with a whistling kettle from Boyes, a very useful shop for us allotment types.  I make impromptu barbies with oven racks (freebies).  I keep a supply of crackers, biscuits, soups, tea, coffee, hot choc, Kendal mint cakes and sweets which is all very handy when it rains and I need to take cover.

Bliss  :)

I have used a kelly kettle, great fun and quick but you have to keep finding twigs for it to keep it going. Much prefere my old parrafin stove - a 1 gallon bottle of parrafin lasts me all season
