Had a result today managed to get as many scaffold boards as I want for my allotment off a friend  I know who has his own firm so that should save me a few quid one question though is it worth treating them with cuprinol or will that effect the soil!!!

I think most wood preservatives are ok these days, check what it says on the tin.  it will probably extend the life of the boards by a bit.
