I am attaching a rather blurred pic of my little Pekin and Silkie.  Sorry about the quality but it was taken on my mobile phone. 

They were born mid July so are now about three months old.  I have a feeling that the Pekin is a cockerel but would appreciate any thoughts as I am new to the breed.  The Silkie, I know, will keep me guessing until it lays an egg or crows!

Sorry I can't help but wanted to say how lovely they look. I'd never given the Silkie breed a second look before but at the weekend we went to a rare breed farm and met some. They were ever so soft and friendly. Cuddling them made me want to bring some home.

I would be tempted to say hen for the Peking... I havnt reared any but did nearly buy some POL when i got mine.  The Cocks has large combs and stood prouder.

Silkie i have no idea, i just think it looks cute!
