My beets and turnips are growing realy well above ground but dont seem to be doing so well below ,is there a fertiliser that would help ? or any thing i can do ?

Give them time --- leaves are needed first for them to then bulk up a root for you to eat

apparently Chempak 8 is very good for roots, so if you can find some, it will help bulk up your root veg. But sunshineband is quite right too!
