Photinia Red Robin
« on: August 24, 2008, 11:54 »
My photinia has grown a little large - hasn't everything this year!
Can anyone tell me when to prune it so as not to loose all the lovely red leaves for a season.

Thanks

Elaine

those red leaves will lose their colour and that is the time to cut it back. New red leaves will soon appear.  Mrs Bouquet

Thanks for the reply Mrs Bouquet, I will keep an eye on them and snip when they fade!
