Wondering if anyone knows what is up with my tomato, only one out of the 30 I've got going.
Don't know if the pictures are super clear but it's sprouting leaves and flower buds along the central stem of its leaves, and other parts of the stem where leaves don't usually grow. The top of the plant is ribbed and almost looks like it's trying to split apart like a dividing cell. And the tomatoes themselves are developing pert little buttocks.
I wondered if it was a virus at first because its leaves were growing twisted but none of my other plants seem affected. So maybe it is just a weird mutation? Is it a thing that people have seen with tomatoes before?
I've also had a couple of plants where the fruit trusses, after growing their flowers, then continuing growing with leaves and basically turn into a whole new side shoot. Is that normal?
