Title: how can I stop this??

all my caulis are going a bit brown on top (the curd bit) I guess its from the rain, I have folded the leaves over but is there any thing else I can do ??

Eat them. They will deteriorate if left.

Could it be boron deficiency?

Are they big enough to eat? if they are, I would harvest, blanch and freeze..

just as above mine went rotten just after they turned brown will know better next time

I have harvested a couple but they do look a bit off putting unfortunately at the moment my freezer is full  :(  I think next winter i might try covering them a bit more !! :unsure:

Haha.... I had the same problem, I'm now on freezer no.3  :) :)
