all my caulis are going a bit brown on top (the curd bit) I guess its from the rain, I have folded the leaves over but is there any thing else I can do ??
-
Eat them. They will deteriorate if left.
-
Could it be boron deficiency?
-
Are they big enough to eat? if they are, I would harvest, blanch and freeze..
-
just as above mine went rotten just after they turned brown will know better next time
-
I have harvested a couple but they do look a bit off putting unfortunately at the moment my freezer is full :( I think next winter i might try covering them a bit more !!
