Title: Wet Spring positives
Post by: robinahood on April 27, 2018, 17:13
Well it seems to have been an unusually wet Winter and Spring in this area, however the Cowslips are amazing, they obviously love these conditions! Also the Aquilegia are looking great and in bud.
Anyone else noticed plants that are doing really well?

Wild garlic is better than ever, as were the primroses

The other positive is that we had plenty of rainwater to use to water the crops inside the polytunnel

The primroses are fabulous now, as are our white bluebells (whatever they're called)!

I've never seen so much fruit tree/bush blossom either, so fingers crossed!
