Is there such a thing as a 12v propagator that I could run from a trickel charged car battery?

how about a 12W-15w rear light bulb, placed in a box under the container of soil (to warm the soil) 12W would draw 1A from a 12V battery, - thus a 70AH car battery would last for probably 48 hours before needing to be recharged (as its never wise to completely flatten a car battery)

You could trickle charge the battery with a photocell panel. Im not sure if its a good idea to have a lead acid battery indoors, fumes etc. So might be best in a shed or greenhouse.

What about the element from a lorry wing mirror . Dont know the wattage but some are quite large
