Well - she's not much better. She's drinking loads but eating little - apples mainly for some reason. I'm trying to tempt her with everything she likes and mixing some mash in at the same time. She looks like she's got dandruff now and from what I've read that is to do with moulting. Sort of figures as she's loads of feathers missing around neck and vent. She's so skinny too. Poo is more water than anything but no blood. She stayed in the hen house last night but it's another night indoors for her tonight and a trip to the vet tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

Hope the vet is able to diagnose the problem, and I hope above everything that the problem is easily cured. Ill be keeping everything crossed for you and Wanda.

Sorry about your sick chick.    Dont know if apples are a good thing.  They give my girls the scoots but if thats all she wants I suppose its better than nothing.  Have you tried mixing some stewed apple with pellet mash or porrige?
