Lavender plant Went to my garden to day I noticed some lavender plants leaves are being chewed I see some rosemary Beatles on them Are they the Ones that are chewing the leaves what’s the best way to get rid of them

Rosemary beetles do eat lavender as well, so they could be.
The adult beetles are not that susceptible to pesticides, so the usual method recommended it to put newspaper under the branches of the plant and then shake them so the beetles fall onto the paper. You can dump them in a bucket of water to kill them.
If you want to spray, you will need something pretty strong like Provado Ultimate Bug Killer.
