Farm manure deliveries.

What do you believe to be the going rate for a trailer load?  How much are you paying?  Will have to sort this out soon.

Last year we paid £15 for a transit tipper load. This year I have my own trailer so I will go and collect my own as it's free from the local riding stables.

If you have a towbar beg or borrow a trailer and collect your own for free from most stables but always do the bean test for weed killer.
A couple of years ago when i had the lotty we where paying £10 for a lad with a transit pick up who supplied most plots hard work forking it off but he was on a good earner!

Depends on the size of the load, but hereabouts it can vary from between £30 and £60 per ton delivered.

I was put on this earth to accomplish a certain number of things; right now I am so far behind I will never die.

Here I paid £ 40 last autumn for about 2 tons of manure which was a big trailer load. It was really a huge pile and I have still about half of it left in spite of covering most of my beds of my full sized plot with the manure.
