I’ve got five bags of this at my allotment can I spread it over my allotment ground where I’m going to grow vegetables supposed to be for my raspberry canes to mix with  the soil but somebody said is the pH is too high to mix with the soil so basically what can I get rid of it on

If it is ericaceous compost it should have a low PH, (less than 7) just what the raspberries would like - what does the label say?
