as anyone here ever brought a silver frame polycarbonate greenhouse from B&q .... i have just been putting one up an although i managed to do the frame the blinky polycarbonate is proving a right pain in the butt  :( :( how do u get it to fit in an stay
pleaseeeeeeeeeeeee help if anyone can i am so so tempted to just stick it all with roofing tape  :lol: :lol:

If its the one where the pannels are supposed to clip in my next door neighbour bought one of these from B&Q the pannels kept blowing out so he dismantled it took it back and got his money back.  They refunded his money back no problem.

hi there , well this had plastic grey strips that u had  to kinda push into place ,,, well its up but my fingers are kiling me beyond words i can tell you , but dont worry i have the roofing tape ready  :lol: :lol: .. my last greenhouse got taped up to give added protection an beleive me not even a hurricane will take that down .

Are they the plastic strips that are the full length of the glazing bar?
If so, give up now and just put the polycarb in with normal glazing clips.

I used to install greenhouses and those thigs are utter c**p!

It took twice as long to glaze the greenhouse and they weren't anywhere near as secure as the metal clips.

i wish i had of used the clips now , my thumbs are just coming back to normal after a few days of being very sore .

yesterday in the wind i was getting worried an a few strips had come out of place so i got even an got out the roofing tape  :lol: :lol: i only used tiny strips of it at each end promiseeeeeeeeeeeee :D :D :tongue2:.  give it some due for a single woman building it on her own it is still standing .
