Add to stir fry (any veg or meat), with soy sauce, garlic etc. Or to pasta sauce (just shop up a bit and bung in at the end). Or there's a fantastic recipe from madhur jaffrey where you cook green lentils, tops with spinach cooked with fresh ginger, then top with yoghurt and fried onions. It's really really yummy.
