My favourite meal is always the one I am eating at the time - unless it is at a dinner party where people always seem to cook fancy stuff with strange ingredients and you can't relax to enjoy it because you're not sure what you are trying to chew.

Thanks Aunt Sally for the Wikipedia on London Broil.  I guess I wasn't thinking about terminology differences between the UK & the US.  For the most part the "London Broil" is a rather thick (1.5 to 2 inch +) steak or roast cut of beef, that is tenderest if marinated and slow cooked.  So, I guess you could subsitute any Beef cut that is similar.
