iv had this plant for a year now took so healthy but no flowers yet anyone know why

They do grow about a 1m tall, so yours looks a bit on the small-side for flowering. What size pot is that, and what compost/feed is in it?

An well Drained compost And I feed it with liquid grow more feed when I water it

I would think that if it hasn't got flower buds on now, it won't flower until next year, perhaps those cold spring winds killed the flower buds.
You don't need to feed every time you water it, and I'd change from Growmore to one specifically to encourage flowering.
