Left over Tulip bulbs

I would plant them. They won't do anything this spring but may well do next year. I've just planted a mixed load of mystery bulbs that we inherited along with some waif and stray plants. The more the merrier!

I planted my tulip bulbs this time last year and got a good amount grow that year.

No harm in trying

Gardeners Question Time, radio 4, did a trial last year to see how late you could plant tulips and still get get results.
If I remember correctly, the bulbs plant in late Feb. gave almost as good a show of flowers as the earlier planted bulbs only the stems were shorter.
Put them in somewhere, they might give you a nice surprise
