What time of the year do you prune damsons, :unsure: how far back do you prune.

Damsons are a form of plum, aren't they?

Well I never, it seems I've been doing something right without knowing it ::) :lol:

Also, last year because our plum tree was so full of fruit, it was sometimes easier to cut the end of the branch with the plums on.  This year there's more fruit than ever before ::)
