Hey guys.

So what bird is everyone having for Christmas dinner.
I have been toying with the idea of either a goose or a duck this year.

What do you think :unsure:

Duck wouldn't go very far, but it depends how many you are feeding.... Goose is a good choice, plenty of it and some great dripping produced from the roasting *yum*. We're having turkey this year (for a change). :)

There's only 2 of us - so duck will do very nicely.  But I might have a problem with the roast parsnip - they are frozen in the ground!   :lol:

We are having goose too this year, really looking forward to it! :)
1 lovely hubby, 3 dogs, a bunny and 7 ex batts and a shiny new lottie!  (so far)
