I expect its fine Joyfull, it was in an old newsletter.   Ive always liked it.

Babystar, its very rare that they just curl up and go to sleep in their beds and dont wake up - Ive only experienced it once and he was a very old rescue, dont know his age - had his supper, got into bed, gave me a special look and went to sleep - when I came through an hour later he was gone.   He was a very dignified old boy and it was such a nice end for him.   Making that decision is so very hard but I think you always know in your heart when its time to let them go.

Gulp!  that bought a lump to my throat - lovely poem and hits the nail on the head.

Thank you.   And my Old boy is now 16  :D (or 112 in doggy years!)
