Question about Potting on chillis, peppers and aubergine

they all need to be potted on but have started to flower. Have i left it too late, or would they still benefit from the extra room. Most of them are only in 5" pots and i was going to put them into larger florist pots.

Hi Liv, I'm late with everything this year and I only put my chilli's, peppers and aubergines in the polytunnel last week from 3" pots, some had flowers on and so did my courgettes, but they are all doing well!

I think its amazing, my tomatoes also were only in 3inch pots until 2 weeks ago, but now they are growing and flowering and much taller and thicker than they were!

so get them in something bigger and watch them grow!!! we may get a smaller harvest, but hey ho, that's life! But I've got about 30 odd different plants, so I should get something decent off them!

I thought the same and didn't pot mine on... i'm regretting it now as 2 have shed their leaves.. and the peppers seem to have stopped growing.. i'll know better next year though.
