I've been looking for a 4x6 greenehouse and saw a 'bargin' price on one at B*Q.
I've got no experience with greenhouses so the pitfalls are all waiting for me and B*Q have a reputation of being less than helpful so is thai a bargin or should I steer clear?!
I'm guessing there's loads of experience out there....
What should I look out for?

Hi Peggy Sue
4 X6 will be difficult to keep at a stable temperature a small G/H tends to get hot very quick and is cooled very quicky when you ventilate so the tempyo-yos not good for growing!
For what ypu pay for a bargain 6X 4 I'm guessing it will be plastic frame and cover or plastic cover on steel frame.
If you have the space go at least 6 X 6 ali frame and glass.
HAve alook round on e-bay for a second hand bargain or ask on freecycle
Good luck and keep us all posted

Definitely a no-no on plastic greenhouses. Look on Loot.com. You can get an 8x4 for less than a £100. 8)
