It's only been a week since I started my wine, and the waiting is soooo frustrating.
Or at least it was.
I found a recipe online for something that was just the thing.
TURBO CIDER! (so-called because of how quick it is to make)
I started off a load tonight, and if all goes to plan it'll be ready in a couple of weeks. :D

8) be interesting to know how good it tastes.

I'll be trying A 'TC' when I get a free demijohn. 4 litres of apple juice should do for a starter. :D :D
I was looking at a brewing forum and they kept mentioning TC's, took me ages to work out what TC stood for.

I know what you mean. Some abbreviations have me scratching my head for ages.
I'm a bit concerned about the TC I started yesterday as it hasn't started bubbling yet. I've moved it somewhere warmer this morning so hopefully it'll get going now.

Well, whats happening? :D
Or are you still in hospital LOL

Well, the turbo cider has just about finished fermenting. I'm hoping to bottle it tomorrow.
I had a taste after I'd checked the SG and it's lovely!
I've now stocked up on apple juice ready for the next batch.
I'm going to be bottling my apple and grape juice wine in the next day or two as well, so all in all things are going pretty well.
