high nitrogen for raspberries too?

Someone said that raspberry canes like a high nitrogen feed as well as onions.

Can I usse my horse manure tea on them?

Balanced fertilizer and high Potash to encourage flowering. Nitrogen encourages leaf growth

"Each year in March, at the same time as you mulch, top-dress the plants with some balanced compound fertiliser and a high potash fertiliser to encourage flowering and fruiting."
