Water Butt Problem

Ok i had the same problem i just drilled my hole where i wanted the tap - got a friend - turned the barrel upside down and put over my head and with friend put tap in as i culd reach - then take barrel off lol  - just remember to put tap on upside down so when butt the right way up its on correctly
