Hi

This is my first post post on the forum, and I am new veg grower ( I recently moved back from Aus). I am now in Hyde (near Manchester) and have started growing potatoes, swedes, turnips, carrots, beetroot, tomatoes and kale. I also inherited a rhubarb and a blackcurrant. I am consider buying some peppers, squashes and corn and think a greenhouse or polytunnel is called for! Im unable to find anything on freecycleat the moment.

I already have a terrible small plastic green house, zip ripped in a week, frame has snapped in 4 places, and it has to be held down by bricks and wooden pallets to prevent blowing away (the pegs are flimsy and the frame light)

I have seen a Gardman walk in polytunnel at my local garden centre for £75. I believe it is approx 3m by 2m ( and by standing next to it, about 6ft tall!)
This seems remarkedly cheap in comparison to brands I have seen recommended, such as Northern Polytunnels and First Tunnels. This concerns me that the quality may not be too good and that it might not withstand and significant wind.
It will be sited on paving stones in the bottom corner of my garden with 6 foot fence on 2 sides but may still get some wind.

Does anyone have any experience of this product or have any recommendation on an alternative around the same size? I am on a strict budget as I ma trying to set up my own business so need something as cheap as possible!
