Much cooler now - autumn is here. Grey, 15ºC, light breeze but dry.

We had a grey and fairly cool start, but this afternoon the sun has broken through.  I’ve been in the garden all afternoon

This morning is bright, but only 13C atm, with a gusty (18mph) NNWesterly 'strong breeze'.
Breeze is forecast to strengthen later, with perhaps a drop of rain.

A distinctly modest 12.5C with a northerly breeze - had to smack my 'thermostat hand' earlier this morning before venturing reluctantly into the shower!

I don't know if it's just me, but I woke up cold in the night  and had to get up and find a thicker quilt

A few sunny patches, 13C, and we still have the chilly breeze from the North. I wish that would change direction, it would feel much warmer.

Chilly when I took the dog out about 7, definitely needed my jacket.  Sun broke through and it's been pottering in the garden weather.

Rather cool I was away in Dorset for a couple of nights and returned to find my french beans had been hit by a frost whilst I was away. 7 degrees overnight tonight. Seems like the weather has definitely turned here. Will have to see how long the frost sensitive assorted beans can keep going also had some unhappy looking squash. Good thing I’ve planted some cabbages for a change they of course are perfectly happy. Must get ready to clear some beds for garlic.

High hazy cloud with sunny gaps now and again. 14C but feels warmer than the last few days because the wind has dropped

Cloud coming and going (mostly coming) - 17C and no breeze to speak of, so pleasant enough (needs to be, my very late sown butternut squash have about 6 fruits on - some large, some small; none anywhere near ripe yet.)
