How much watering have they had? Is it quite wet where you are?

Ah, that scuppers that potential explanation then!
I'm not familiar with hydrangeas; perhaps a photo might help others suggest whether there's anything to be concerned about?

The strong wind we had the other week did for some of my hydrangea flowers. The ones on the leeward side are ok, though.
-
yes could be wind its on a windy corner
-
do Hydrangeas get blight thats what mine look like
-
No, I don't think so, could you describe a bit or post a picture?
-
the leaves are going brown an the flower brown an dry but is watered regular
-
I would think it's a water issue, if your weather has been as erratic as here, apparently they prefer regular amounts of water - not so easy to provide!

Hi
i planted a Hydrangea last year and had 10/15 flower heads ,this year plenty of growth but only 1 flower.
i fed it this year with a comfry liquid feed ,could this be the problem.

Did you prune it? Every time I've had trouble with hydrangeas not flowering it has been because I pruned them too much (into the old wood).
