I worked yesterday and my boss sent me home with some fillet steak - very yummy.  I've also got some venison to casserole.  Boss owns a pub/restaurant and in the hope of reopening next week has been trying a new meat supplier.

Aubergine cannelloni, one of our favourites.  Griddled aubergine, pesto and mozerrella (sp) cheese cooked in passata with cheddar cheese on top.

I've ham in the fridge to use up, so, it's a toss up between ham egg and chips and pea and ham risotto. I'll see which I fancy the most at teatime  :D
