Title: Gammon ham
Post by: ThatsNice on January 20, 2013, 12:34
I cooked one yesterday and I've loads left over. Any suggestions of what I can do with the leftovers? I'm out of inspiration today...

Oooh yes! Love pea n ham soup and perfect for this cold weather but I've only got normal frozen peas. Don't think that would work would it?

With the leftover Christmas ham, I just portioned it and froze it, some sliced some in chunks for use as already mentioned in pies, soups, sandwiches etc. :)
