Saw this and thought very interesting! half the cholesterol though that means we can eat twice as many!  
certainly the eggs my ladies lay look and taste better than shop bought ones.

I read somewhere that blue eggs were even lower in cholesterol but daren't advertise it, would like some real evidence though.
