Saw this and thought very interesting! half the cholesterol though that means we can eat twice as many! :lol:  :lol:
certainly the eggs my ladies lay look and taste better than shop bought ones. :lol:

And with all that Omega 3 we should be really brainy too  8)

Not to mention being able to see well in the dark  :?  (is that what beta carotene does?  Not sure, but good enough for me  :wink: )

I read somewhere that blue eggs were even lower in cholesterol but daren't advertise it, would like some real evidence though. :lol:
