Title: Pak choi is taking over,Help!

Hi,
My pak choi is growing so well i dont know what to do with except put it in salads & stir frys-getting a bit bored of these now.

Any recipes to spice it up a bit ?

I've not sown any yet so I'm jealous you got so much  :D   I do love the stuff but I admit to only having stir fried it.  It's very tender so I think would be fine steamed and dished up with the dinner as your green veg. You can eat it raw in salads too, small leaves would be best for this.

Lucky you, the ones that the slugs haven't eaten on my plot have gone to seed at about 4" tall!

Like English spinach it can be blanched and snap frozen.  Then, simply, thaw it out and use throughout the year.  You will be so glad you went to the extra bother to freeze it!

I love the stuff and it goes really well with garlic.  Mind you doesn't everything  :D
