Any update on this... Did your chicks hatch?

yes, I had great success!  4 out of 6 eggs hatched.  We loved every minute of it.  Sadly we only have one chicken out of the lot because 1 chick was eaten by the neighbours cat and then two turned out to be boys and had to be despatched :-(.

I highly recommend the hatching process though.  We loved it.  Infact one of the boys before we despatched him, we collected the lady's eggs and hatched those two.  7 hatched!  That's it for now though.
