You put your good clothes on in the morning as you have an appointment in a couple of hours. Your attention gets caught by a few weeds that you'll pull up in seconds. An hour or so later, your shoes need re-cleaning, your good trousers are heavily marked, those scrupulously scrubbed finger-nails are black and you're late for that appointment

Every morning before I go to work at 9 I feed the hens and poo pick, then go back 30mins later and string veggies up. Then I fill 8 different bird feeders, clean out the hedgehog pots and fill them for the evening. Like you i find a few weeds and all this with my asda uniform on. My regulars now ignore my dirty finger nails and hands. The worst was when I sprayed one of my hens with Gentian violet . ::)

Oh my God !! I've just read it back and its given me a real good laugh. That's some auto mistake. I can just picture it. You all know what I meant to say . . . :D
