BQ, when you say green apples, do you mean green-skinned apples like Granny Smith or unripe apples?

The recipe is not clear but I used baking apples, and it worked a treat  :blush:

I think the recipe must be American as they use 'cups of.......'.  Made the chutney this am. and used for, 'green apples' the good old Bramley which obviously worked a treat as it is the UK cooking apple of choice.
